Pressure transmitter
Detailed Description
Working Principle
The pressure sensor is based on the silicon piezoresistive principle and manufactured using silicon micromachining technology. The pressure-sensitive chip is imported and originally encapsulated. The chip is housed in a 316L stainless steel casing and filled with silicone oil. The medium pressure is applied to the stainless steel isolation diaphragm and transmitted to the sensitive chip via the silicone oil, thereby outputting a voltage signal that changes linearly and proportionally to the pressure. After being converted by the amplifier circuit, the signal outputs current or voltage.
Product Features
(1) Good stability: within the compensated temperature range of -10~70°C, temperature drift is less than 0.2% F.S.; over the entire allowable operating temperature range, it is less than 0.5% F.S.
(2) Can be used to measure liquids, gases, and steam that do not react with stainless steel. For highly corrosive media, a flange diaphragm structure is available.
(3) Solid-state structure with no moving parts, high reliability, and long service life.
(4) Capable of high-precision measurement from air pressure to water and oil, unaffected by the mass of the measured medium.
(5) Easy installation, simple structure, economical and durable.
