The internal gears of the oval gear flowmeter are not turning.
Fault cause: The measured liquid contains too many impurities, the filter is damaged, and impurities enter the meter, causing the gears to jam.
Solution: Disassemble and clean the meter and pipeline, and repair the filter. -
The negative error of the oval gear flowmeter at low flow rates is too large
Cause: The oval gear is touching the wall of the metering chamber, caused by bearing wear or deformation of the metering chamber.
Solution: Replace the bearings, repair the deformed parts of the metering chamber and gears to ensure smooth rotation and maintain the required clearance. -
Electromagnetic flowmeter empty pipe alarm
Cause: The electrode signal cannot detect the liquid.
Solution: Check whether the electrode contamination and the empty pipe threshold settings are correct. -
No fluid passes through the turbine flowmeter, but the flowmeter still registers a count.
Cause: Pipeline vibration and strong magnetic field interference.
Solution: Keep away from magnetic fields and reduce pipeline vibration.
