 Measurement principle

The ultrasonic flowmeter is an industrial-grade time-difference ultrasonic flowmeter. It employs the latest industrial-grade FPGA chip with a 700,000-gate array, greatly improving the signal sampling frequency and bubble tolerance. The self-developed TGA technology enables it to handle more complex logic and calculations, achieving more accurate and faster measurements. The flowmeter can tolerate non-continuous bubbles or impurities within 5 seconds. At the same time, it retains the characteristics of ultrasonic flowmeters—simple and convenient installation, allowing installation without pipe breaking, water stoppage, or work interruption.

M = number of ultrasonic reflections
D = pipe diameter
θ = angle between the ultrasonic signal and the fluid
Tup = time for the signal transmitted from the downstream sensor to reach the upstream sensor
Tdown = time for the signal transmitted from the upstream sensor to reach the downstream sensor
