Overview:
The batch controller, used together with various flow sensors and transmitters, enables quantitative filling and batching control.

I. Main product features

  1. Error less than 0.2% F.S., with calibration and digital filtering functions. It helps reduce errors from sensors and transmitters, effectively improving system measurement and control accuracy.
  2. Suitable for flow sensors with current, voltage, or pulse output.
  3. 3-point switch input for start, reset, and clearing of the total accumulated value.
  4. Control output points for two-stage valve control (large valve / small valve) and instantaneous flow low-limit alarm.
  5. Transmitter output can convert the instantaneous flow value into a standard current or voltage signal for use by other equipment.
  6. 8-segment linearization function reduces nonlinear errors from the flow sensor.
  7. The unit for instantaneous flow rate can be selected as per hour or per minute.
  8. Fully transparent, high-speed, and efficient networked communication interface enables complete data transfer and control between the computer and the instrument. The unique control right transfer function allows the computer to directly control the instrument’s working status and transmitter output. The time to read one measurement data is less than 10 ms.
  9. Provides test software, configuration software, and application software technical support.
  10. Equipped with a print interface and printing unit with a hardware clock, supporting manual, timed, and alarm printing. If an intelligent printing unit is selected, multiple instruments can share one printer.
